Worst Tax Service Screwed up my 2023 Taxes with deadline

I am having a terrible experience no help whatsoever after paying for the service

TICKET 372089Months since request No body reached me out I have been using their tax service for 3 years now

There is no commitment from AOTAX on checking with customer whether TAX filing has been put on hold Instead customer has to follow up with AOTAX to ensure tax filling has been done Incase if they don t see required....

These guys are the worst I have ever seenThey kept lying and told me in the middle of June that the tax was not filed due to absence of some documents They took the payment for the filing but they....
