This was the worst move of my life a nightmare a Bait and switch -- quoted a flat rate price the final payment due only AFTER delivery and my satisfaction My items were held hostage with owner of Monster Movers....

We have a outstanding invoice dating back to June 2021 for services provided in Australia Despite numerous emails to the management team and accounts department at Move Hub they continue to ignore our requested for payment of the outstanding invoice....

Don t use them I would have given a 0 but its not available Their team don t speak English we had wrongly labelled boxes pretty much everything was labelled glassware but the contents did not have glassware at all....

We had a disastrous move with Movehub Dubai when we moved to the UK from Dubai in the summer of 2021 We had 2 shipments one that went into storage with Movehub in Dubai and the other to be shipped....

Move Hub was an incredible desaster It took 10 MONTHS to bring our goods from Dubai to Germany At the end transport was twice as expensive than forecast Volume was underestimated and they worked with a Partner in the Netherlands....

This is update on my 2 previous reviews for the same company When the goods arrived in the UK we found most of the glass items shattered We wrote to Move Hub with copies of the broken items and requested....
