The delivery and swapping of dumpster was not done on the same day I was informed it would be delivered the next morning It is past 10 am and no dumpster has been delivered

It appears I am not in there delivery area but when I called initially they said I was then I filled out a contract and send it in then on the day of they decide they don t service my....
