Filed my taxes and never receive anything

Filled my 2020 state and federal tax return with freetaxusa com It seemingly went off with out a problem I was able to send them in by Jan 28th I owed the state but was supposedly getting 1 906 00....

no customer help - use someone that will answer questions - this company DOES NOT ANY HELP - Utah does not let anyone e-file and FreeTax USA is no help

As I try to sign in to finish my taxes on the evening of tax day their site says it is down for scheduled maintenance and upgrades It s like someone s idea of a sick joke Now I have....

Horrible experience Person talking to us was completely unprofessional and telling me to fire my current accountant Completely out of line behaviour Why would you choose this person to represent your company You are loosing potential clients His name is....

So first off they tell you you have 30 days to get a full refund Then at 28 days the guy literally said yeah our sales guys say that but there actually is a 10 fee they don t tell....

Not good I recommend anybody that starting a company find a accountant where you live or work at I feel that nothing was done at first I was told that they were going to do everything and I got charged....

I called to ask for a quote for a cpa and they just hang up on you if they feel like they can t make easy money off of your business

Update - I contacted them once again and guess what Got ghosted once again DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM They will give you horrible advice that will cost you thousands they will post online that they want to....
