I waited for more than a week and got a used product

The trucks are plastic and have loosed up on me 3 times that I had to go to urgent care and my wrist is not the same Needs to be stainless steel

The skate broke on the first use They tried to repair but used a different color strap and it still didn t work right They still haven t fixed it but they won t do a refund

The laces were too wide The picture looked small No description of width size How do I return these unwanted laces

Going by the sizing chart on SkatePro s website did not work well for me I got the correct size based on their numbers and the skates were significantly too small Had to pay for the expensive return shipping fees....
