Have been dealing with them for years Fell for their top brand but their customer service is 1 star at best Will be staying away from there products after fully furnishing my shop with their products

100 guarantee on their site for you to be happy yet their customer service is an absolute joke shipping 1200 furniture and not caring at all how the customer feels I d never recommend dealing with this company

I contacted them about the Tatsoul envy 2 cartridges because they come loose when adjusting needle length Sometimes the cartridges are flying through my shop I send them 2 video s and it took a few days before they react....
